Purpose

Purpose of this document is to articulate the FAQs and Terms & Conditions for the Taco Bell BETA TASTER Brand Ambassadorship Quest activation. The copy below will eventually be displayed on a landing page experience, exposed to the public and accessible from the Quest campaign components among other marketing promotion placements.

Taco Bell Beta Tasters: Support a Streamer

From February 13, 2024 @ 12:00 AM PT to March 26, 2024 @ 11:59 PM PT, you can show your support for eligible Twitch partners and affiliates by gifting their channel 1 Twitch subscription of any tier. The first 500 subscribers to do so will earn a Taco Bell: Free Build Your Own Cravings Box Reward Code.

HOW DOES IT WORK

How to Participate 

  1. Log in to your Twitch account (if necessary, first create a Twitch account for free at Twitch.tv).
  2. Visit the eligible participating Twitch channel: [tinachino] https://www.twitch.tv/tinachino
  3. While the channel is live streaming during the dates and times noted above, purchase one (1) subscription of any tier (new recurring or gift subscription) to earn the reward.

* The campaign will begin February 13, 2024 @ 12:00 AM PT. Any subscriptions purchased before the above start time will NOT count towards the campaign. Any subscriptions purchased while the participating channel is not live streaming and/or outside the start and end times will NOT count towards the campaign.

How to Redeem a Reward Code

  1. Visit your Twitch Inventory page (https://www.twitch.tv/drops/inventory) to retrieve your reward code.
  2. Download the Taco Bell app or go to https://tacobell.onelink.me/z7Q9/betatasters2, and use your reward code during checkout.
  3. Valid through April 01, 2024 11:59 PM PT for the first 500 subscribers. Must order through the Taco Bell app or website.

Reward Code Details

  • Codes can only be redeemed once for a base Build Your Own Cravings Box on the Taco Bell App or website at participating US locations
  • Replacement reward codes cannot be issued by Twitch or Taco Bell
  • The transfer or sale of these reward codes by any means is strictly prohibited
  • Reward Codes expire April 01, 2024 at 11:59 PM PT

  1. Can I participate and earn the reward?
    Any viewer within the United States with a Twitch account can participate in the campaign to receive the reward code.  However, reward codes can only be redeemed on the Taco Bell app or website.
  2. Which regions are participating in the Support a Streamer campaign? 
    Offer valid for viewers in the United States only.
  3. How can I confirm which channels are participating in the campaign? 
    The full list of eligible participating channels and the campaign period dates are listed above. If a Twitch channel does not appear on that list, they are not eligible for the campaign. Double check that the Twitch channel you are watching is currently live, and that it is streaming during the campaign period, and its name is listed in the campaign by viewing the list above if you wish to participate in this campaign.
  4. What kind of item do I get for participating in this campaign?
    A reward code for a FREE base Taco Bell Build Your Own Cravings Box to be redeemed on the Taco Bell app or website.
  5. How do I purchase a subscription on Twitch?
    Users must first log into Twitch, using either a PC or mobile device. Purchases may be made on either a mobile device or your PC. Detailed information on purchasing subscriptions can be found here, and information on purchasing gift subscriptions can be found here.
  6. How many subscriptions do I need to purchase? Which Tier(s) are eligible for the campaign?
    To qualify for the reward code, users must purchase one new recurring or gift subscription of any tier. Existing recurring subscriptions, sub tokens, or Prime subscriptions are not eligible towards the subscriptions purchase count requirement.
  7. I purchased one subscription prior to the campaign. Am I eligible for a reward code?
    No. Reward codes can only be earned by purchasing one subscription to an eligible participating channel during the campaign period.
  8. Can I track how many eligible subscriptions I have done for the campaign?
    While there is no centralized location to track progress in the campaign, users may refer to their Twitch Payment History to review recent purchases of subscriptions to eligible channels. This should be used only as a reference for successful subscription purchases and does not guarantee the subscriptions qualified for the campaign.
  9. Where can I find my campaign rewards once I’ve earned them?
    The reward code will be delivered to the user’s Twitch notification inbox once they have been earned. The notification inbox can be found to the right in the top navigation bar on Twitch. The reward code will remain there until the user deletes the message, but the reward code must be redeemed by April 01, 2024 11:59 PM PT, or it will be forfeited. Users can also visit their Twitch Inventory page at https://www.twitch.tv/drops/inventory.
  10. Once I have claimed my reward code from Twitch, how do I redeem it?
    Download the Taco Bell app or go to https://tacobell.onelink.me/z7Q9/betatasters2, and use your reward code during checkout.
  11. What should I do if I’m having a problem receiving my reward code on Twitch?
    Reward code delivery can take up to 24 hours to be sent once earned. You must subscribe to an eligible streamer on the list noted above while they are online and streaming live during the campaign time frame to obtain a reward code. The reward code will remain there until the user deletes the message after completion of a qualifying purchase. If after waiting 24 hours and verifying that your purchases were made towards an eligible streamer that was live streaming you still are facing problems, please contact Twitch Support while logged in.
  12. What should I do if I received my reward code on Twitch, but I’m having a problem redeeming the items on the redemption website?
    If you have successfully received your reward code on Twitch and are having problems redeeming the reward code on the redeem page, please contact Taco Bell support at https://www.tacobell.com/contact-us for questions or support regarding redemption of the reward code.

Terms & Conditions

The first five hundred (500) people to purchase a new recurring or gift subscriptions of any tier on eligible channels live streaming during the campaign timeframe will receive one (1) reward code valid for one (1) base Build Your Own Cravings Box (“BYOCB”) valid from issuance through April 1, 2024 11:59 PM PT. Existing recurring subscriptions, sub tokens, or Prime subscriptions are not eligible towards the Twitch subscriptions purchase count requirement. Reward code redeemable only via the Taco Bell app or website at participating U.S. Taco Bell® locations, while supplies last. Not available for delivery order unless placed on Taco Bell app. If redeemed as part of a delivery order on the app, delivery fee and other fees may apply. Fees or additional costs may apply for substitutions, upgrades or add-ons. Individual items at regular price. Reward code is valid once per user and is non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other offer. Must make selections from predetermined menu items. Drinks exclude freezes. Check your local Taco Bell store for availability. Offer valid for one (1) base BYOCB. No cash value, and users responsible for any fees in excess of the base build of the BYOCB (such as upgrades/substitutions). Taco Bell Beta Tasters: Support a Streamer

From February 27, 2024 @ 12:00 AM PT to March 26, 2024 @ 11:59 PM PT, you can show your support for eligible Twitch partners and affiliates by watching their channel for 90 minutes during this timeframe. The first 1,000 users to complete 90 minutes watched will earn a Taco Bell: Free Spicy Potato Soft Taco Reward Code .

HOW DOES IT WORK

How to Participate 

  1. Log in to your Twitch account (if necessary, first create a Twitch account for free at Twitch.tv).

  3. Watch 90 minutes watched while the channel is live streaming during the dates and times noted above to earn the reward.

* The campaign will begin February 27, 2024 @ 12:00 AM PT. Any minutes watched before the above start time will NOT count towards the campaign. Only live minutes watched count towards reward progress. Does not include VODs and Clips.

  6. Can I track how many eligible minutes watched I have completed for this campaign?  
    There is no centralized location to track progress for this campaign.
